BCM26 Vienna

Dear Delegates,

We look forward to seeing many of you at the 2026 Business Council Meeting (BCM26) that will be held during EUROTOX2026 in Vienna.

The BCM26 will take place Tuesday, September 15, 2026, in Room 0.11-12, of the Austria Center Vienna (ACV) congress venue.

The traditional luncheon meeting for delegates and individual member delegates will be held from 12:00 to 13:00, followed by the meeting starting at 13:00, and ending by 16:00.

A coffee break will follow from 16:00 to 16:30.

BCM Delegate Representation

The distribution of ballots will be distributed based on the following scheme:

  • One Delegate from each National Society comprising up to 200 individual members.
  • For National Societies comprising more than 200 members, the number of delegates shall increase geometrically as shown below.
    • 1–200 members: 1 delegate
    • 201–400 members: 2 delegates
    • 401–800 members: 3 delegates
    • 801–1,600 members: 4 delegates
    • 1,601 and more: 5 delegates
  • The same scheme applies to Individual Members.
