What is the ECF?
Part of our strategy plan, the ECF was created to represent and serve as a voice for early career scientists in EUROTOX. ECF members will be involved in EUROTOX activities, and propose and set up new activities customized for early career scientists.
Established in 2024, as an autonomously acting group, the ECF will be in continuous collaboration with the EUROTOX Executive Committee.
ECF members represent EUROTOX, and therefore observe Article X: Code of Ethics of the EUROTOX Statute.

Our Mission
The Early Career Forum (ECF) is a EUROTOX network designed specifically for Early-Stage Researchers (ESRs) passionate about toxicology. At ECF, inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do – we proudly represent and support all ESRs, irrespective of their backgrounds, beliefs, nationalities, or identities.
Our commitment to nurturing the next generation of toxicologists is reflected in our Intersectoral, International, and Interdisciplinary approach. Additionally, we prioritize the mental well-being of ESRs, recognizing its importance. In essence,
ECF is dedicated to addressing the professional needs of young toxicologists and Early-Stage Researchers within the EUROTOX community.
