Education Program
Overview
ERT Recognised Courses
EUROTOX Courses
EUROTOX co-finances courses in collaboration with Member Societies to promote training in toxicology and educational resources available in under representative countries at minimal cost.
These specialised toxicology courses provide more in-depth knowledge in specific areas of toxicology to graduates who possess a working-level knowledge in toxicology and have gained some experience in its application (e.g. through occupation or studying for a PhD).
Upcoming courses will be posted on our website, newsletter, and social media.
Continuing Education Courses (CEC) Rolling Program
This is a 5-year program to ensure the development and implementation of Continuing Education Courses (CECs) at annual meetings that support the requirements for ERT recognition and training.
Starting 2022, EUROTOX will support two CEC courses at the annual congress. The selected topics will ensure a continuous and seamless evolution of toxicology topics of interest and relevancy to early career and senior scientists.
EUROTOX Webinars
Launched in early 2023, monthly webinars cover a wide range of topics of interest to entry level scientists to toxicology experts.
Monthly webinars are posted in the Webinar page throughout the year.
Recordings of EUROTOX webinars can be viewed in our Youtube channel.
EUROTOX Early Career Exchange Program (ECEP)
The EUROTOX Early Career Exchange Program (ECEP) was created to support early career development and training by awarding grants in the amount of EUR 1,000 to talented and ambitious early career researchers seeking additional experience in toxicology.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to learn new scientific techniques, approaches to data analysis and to gain regulatory knowledge, to have networking opportunities for establishing new collaborations and to experience different working cultures and research environments.
